Adding patches/mods to GTA: San Andreas ?'s

    Hey I'm just now figuring out that you can download stuff to your Playstation2 via the internet. How exactly do I do this? I have been to some sites such as this one http://www.gtagaming.com/sanandreas/ and I was wanting to download the motorcycle mod to chang the PCJ600 to a 2005 Yamaha R1. I downloaded the file on my computer, so how do I get it on to my PS2? Do I need to install another program that will allow me to put these mods on my PS2?
