adding Windows XP pro to a Samba domain: trust error

Hello,

I have a working linuxserver here (for test/educational purposes) and running samba 2.2.7 a. I've hooked up a 2K client, which worked ok. I've got XP pro installed now, adding the computer to the domain works ok, but when I try to import a user (located on the linux server) I get the message that there is a problem with a trust.

I've tried a registry patch, the computername has been set with the useradd command on the linux server and the samba accounts should work as well.

I've been working on this for a while now, but it seems that nothing works...

If someone could provide me with some info, that would be great, thanks!
