address bar/drop down not working

Address bar on IE is not working. I can surf but only by clicking links. What I do is type what I need in google and click the link.

In word I can open documents if I use the "up" or click directly on the document or folder I want o open, but if I click the drop down menu to display the folder tree, window freezes.

I have used Norton, AdAware and Spy Sweeper. Now I used Hijack this with the result attached here.
