Admin acess

Any changes or acesses i try ie. internet prop. my computor prop.change usres it gives me this message (Windows can not accsess the specified, path,or file.You may not have the approprite permission to acess the item.)

It is if you don't provide a little information like: what version of windows?, when did this start?, what version of IE?, what have done, if anything to try and correct this? does it happen in safe mode?

 

You may have malware of the sort that is going around right now.
