admin control gone?

For some reason 've lost admin rights on some things. I currently have vista ultimate 64. And sometimes I work on friends devices, laptops, desktops, harddrives, by removing harddrives and plugging into my desktop. Done it a hundered times. never had any trouble or permissions pop-ups. But just the other day, I was transfering data from one HD to my HD. and while logged on as user/lego, <----with admin rights. I got a you don't have permission to acces this file. After a short troubleshoot, I logged in under real admin account, and transfered data under that account. But I just noticed there are several files on my PC that it says I don't have access to.?? I do have the REAL Admin acct enabled, but rarely use it. And even under acct type, Lego is under the ADmin group. I did have some spyware issue about 5-6 months ago, but I think i've gotten it fixed. Any suggestions.?

 

I'm now having to install some software from the admin account, I was just trying to reinstall BF4, and I keep getting an error message. After 5-6 times trying to install,w/ same message, I changed to Super-admin account. It installed just fine. I didn't have any trouble when I first got the game a few months ago with installing from lego account. No one have any ideas?
