Administrator reading emails

Can anyone tell me if I send emails from my Outlook Express from work can my administrator read the emails I'm sending and the ones coming in?

Also, if I get on the web ie...nicegirl@charter.net (not real addy) and go into my personal email account which has nothing to do with my work other than me using their computer to access my email via the web, can the administrator read those as well?
