I keep hearing this is doable (possibly with help from software like MDM Zinc?) but I can't find any samples/templates or even general information on it.. I want to try to develop a self-contained Flash application (.swf->.exe) that can manipulate filesystem objects (Desktop, etc.) and maybe even work with network shares?
