    Hi,

I just started using Adobe Premiere 6 for doing some editing to a movie file. It was only about 9 MB clip. After extracting some frames I exported it, as told in the manuals, as a new movie clip. It did the work but the file turned into a whopping 296 MB from the small 9 MB clip of hardly 2 mins. I tried all types of compressions but nothing works. Is there any method how I can keep all the same settings and file features after editing. In fact it should get smaller, isn't it ? I although did manage to make it to 30 MB by converting the big file of quicktime in Super convertor to a Mpeg1 file but surely there must be a way in Premiere too. Is there any way ?

    Thanks
