Advanced Q: Utility to remember process' CPU affinity?

I have a hyper-threading CPU at home, (which as you know, mimicks a dual-CPU system), and with that, I can assign programs to use either CPU0, CPU1, or both. This is handy for video rendering/other CPU intensive applications, because I can assign them to run on CPU1, and free-up CPU0 so I can still use my machine.

Thus my question. Is there a utility that anyone knows of (preferably FREEWARE) that will remember each process' CPU affinity, so that each time I launch a particular process, it will automatically be assigned to a specific CPU?

(I am just tired of going into the task manager, and setting it manually each and everytime I run a CPU intensive process.)
