Yes the program is legit!

There are always issues that scanners come up with that are called false positives. There are good versions of process names and there are also bad ones. You cannot just go by the name of a process (like many scanners do). You have to know where it is running from and you have to understand what you have installed on your system and what processes are associated with it.

Even search for a valid Windows process like svchost.exe (which people always think is bad) will confuse you if you are not careful. Take a look at this:

It tells you it is good and then it tells you it is bad! What it should have told you is that c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe or c:\winnt\system32\svchost.exe are good. And that most others are bad.
