Advanced Spyware Remover will not download

    Hello,

    I have tried to download the Advanced Spyware Remover and I get a message, "can not copy ARSL setup download: access denied.
    Whats that about? I do not see where anyone has had that problem.

    Hi

    Is this mesage produced while downloading the file or when installing?

    If installing are you logged in as Administrator?

    If Downloading, then try downloading via another oen of the download servers and dont use any download managers if you are.

    Right after it gets to 99% I get the error. I am logged in as admin.
    No down load managers being used. I may need to just try another program for Spyware.

    99% of which... downloading or installing?

    If your downloading and installing/running live on the net then, download the app to your PC first then run the installer. When the download box pops up choose save and not run.

    Did you try one of the other servers? try Planet Mirror ( Australia )

    Are you running Spybot S&D? if so disable it while downloading and installing that app... or what security software do you have installed already?
