advice on downsampling

    hi, im looking to upload a few music files for use in an online quiz, but i need to downsize the files, not really fussed about losing quality as a result, but some of these files are 11meg big, and i need them around 5 meg or under really. Can anyone suggest easy to use software, prefferable free download as well, thanks. G
