You didn't do the final steps that Rip_chain gave you ......which is why these items in your system restore file are showing up. Running SAS and MBAW weekly would be a good idea as you seem to be getting hit with vundo.
DId you also follow the instructions for How to Protect Yourself link?

You have three anti-virus programs installed:
    Anti-Virus (Command Software)
    Authentium AntiVirus SDK - 2"
Avira AntiVir Personal - Free Antivirus

You know you should only have one!

Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file.

You seem to not want to follow our advice. You still have multiple AV programs installed.

Every user on this computer has admin rights.....not a good idea, security wise.

What problems are you having, exactly.

Where did these user accounts come from? Was this machine part of a network? You can go to User Accounts in the control panel and disable each of them.
