Adware.Look2Me and hrpu0579e.dll

    already ran ad aware several times and it kept following the following
    Adware.Look2Me Object Recognized!
    Type : Process
    Data : hrpu0579e.dll
    TAC Rating : 7
    Category : Adware
    Comment : iieshare.dll.dmp
    Object : C:\WINDOWS\system32\

    whenever I try to get rid it tell me it can't and ask should I have ad aware remove it upon next boot up. I tell it ys and reboot but ad awae never loads like it normally does and it still there
    in HiJack I told it to remove the hrpu0579e.dll but it doesn't whenver it tellme it has and do a rescan still there. I clicked on info and it told me to put the option delete upon reboot but I don't see the options anywhere. Can someone help me please?

    Hi and welcome

    Do please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

    Do not run Hijackthis in safe mode or with a startup manager like msconfig running as the log will not be complete as in yours above.

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

    Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.


    After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

    When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
