You need to go here first:
    http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407

    and follow all the directions

Then, if and only if someone asks you to post a hijack this log, you can post it as an attachment

Welcome to Major Geeks. Go look at that first thread and be very careful to do exactly what it says. Come and post results and all the questions you want but you need to do all of this in the proper order.

Make sure you follow the steps in the links Pegg gave you. And later when I ask for you to post a HJT log, make sure you have the current version (links are in read me first), do not install it in a temp directory (as you currently have) or on your desktop, do not cut off the top info of the log (as you did), and only post as a .txt file attachment.

Make sure you run the online scanners. You should also run the below:
    http://www.windowsecurity.com/trojanscan/
    http://www.memorywatcher.com/uninst.exe
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4063.html

Also dump Spyware cop it is on our list of Rogue/Fake spyware removal tools. See http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm

There are much better free tools available. Ad-aware SE, SpyBot S&D, Spyware Blaster to name a few.

Okay so shut down all unnecessary apps and post a new HJT log attachment using the correct version. I have additional items I know that will need cleanup but I need you to complete the above first and I have to recheck file names. These programs change their names on the fly sometimes.
