After Destroying Zero Virus - Firewall Blocks All Connections - Won't Configure

Hello,
I recently had the Zero virus which the techs in the Malware Removal forum helped me get rid of, but know my computer is having new issues.
My Microsoft Firewall is not properly configured and no matter what I do I can't seem to fix it. My default will not load. Some of the programs that I use (XXAMP) have errors that the path or file is missing and when I go to serveices to try to connect them again, error message that it doesn't exisit.

Please advise.

If not XP then the command is different
