I just upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista a few days ago. Ever since the upgrade, my internet would spike up to over 1,000 ms for 3 minutes and go back to normal. I currently have SBC internet services as my ISP and I'm using a router. Any fixes?

Did you install all your motherboard drivers off disc again? Reset your modem and router while you're at it, in that order.
