Age of Empires 3 Online MAC v. PC

    I've had Age of Empires 3 on my pc for quite some time now. Recently my friend(a mac user) purchased it for his mac. We've updated our games, mine being version 1.12 and his only 1.0.2. When we try to play eachother online it gives us a version mismatch error(obviously). Mac came out with the game a whole year after pc and to my knowledge doesn't have a v 1.12 update. Is there any way for a mac user to play a pc user or do we have no hope?

    yes go download the latest patch. Even if a game came out a year later there patch level should be the same.

    Contact MacSoft. 1.02 corrsponds to the PC 1.11, but not 1.12.
