I take it these are the specs for the add-on card:
    AGP Controller
    AGP Version 3.00
    AGP Status Disabled
AGP Device nVIDIA GeForce4 MX 4000
    AGP Aperture Size 64 MB
    Supported AGP Speeds 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x
    Current AGP Speed 4x
    Fast-Write Supported, Disabled
    Side Band Addressing Supported, Disabled

    Chipset Manufacturer
    Company Name NVIDIA Corporation
    Product Information http://www.nvidia.com/page/mobo.html
    Driver Download http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

Metalist2, it is not a matter of what kind of computer, it is a matter of what type of add-on card is mounted in the device.

Try booting into [SAFE] mode, and uninstall all video drivers for any installed video card, then boot back up and go into the Bios, and double check the video settings (is Onboard disabled, is AGP adaptor port enabled)?

Then boot into normal and see if XP will find the AGP card, it may ask for the CD-Rom for the add-on, but you may not.

Also reading through, is there a possibility Ricky, that the card may not be getting enough voltage from the powersupply in the user's computer?
    http://nvidia.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/nvidia.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=230&p_created=1110911781&p_sid=L8lbSkVh&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9MTE2JnBfcHJvZHM9MiZwX2NhdHM9NjAmcF9wdj0xLjI7Mi51MCZwX2N2PTEuNjA7Mi51MCZwX3NlYXJjaF90eXBlPWFuc3dlcnMuc2VhcmNoX2ZubCZwX3BhZ2U9Mg**&p_li=&p_topview=1

This should be the correct driver for the add-on card: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_81.95.html

Also do the following with the steps I posted before:

How do I disable integrated/onboard graphics so my GeForce PCI card will work?

[IMG] Answer It is best to disable the onboard video electrically via a jumper or dip switch on your computers motherboard or in its system BIOS. Please refer to your computers user guide or contact your computer manufacturer for instruction on this process.

In the event that your system does not support the above, you may be able to disable the onboard video card in the operating system using the instructions below.

Make sure that the new PCI video card is not installed in your computer.

    Windows XP/2000

    1. Right-click My Computer and select Properties.
    2. Click the Hardware tab, and then click the Device Manager button.
    3. Click View, and then Show Hidden Devices.
    4. Click the Plus (+) sign next to the Display Adapters category to expand it.
    5. Select the onboard graphics controller under Display Adapters and click Disable. Click OK to confirm.
    6. Do not restart the computer until the controller is disabled.
    7. Turn the computer off.

    8. Install your PCI GeForce card and follow the included instructions from the card manufacturer.

And stuff?Alot of intro movies are blurry especially the company logos, these may be more so if you havnt set up your screen refresh rates and resolutions,so check your running the highest resolution your monitor can support and the highest refresh rate 85hz minimum.

If you still think something is off press-prt scr-as the movie in question is running, open paint, paste the image and upload it with your next post, see if someone has experience with this game :)
