AH... HELP!!! irql_not_less_or_equal

    I am getting this error mainly after I updated Vista this last time. I have tried almost everything; new video card, safe mode, repairing, etc. Nothing is working and I can't get into Vista.

    My specs:

    AMD AM2 5600+
    3GB RAM (name brand not generic)
    Default settings in BIOS
    8600GTS PCIE
