All Browsers do not Load

    I am using Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit and on switching on this morning Firefox 28 would not load. Task Manager shows the FF process as running but nothing actually happens. The same occurs for IE and Chrome. The browsers load in Safe Mode (where we are now) but I cannot imagine which of my startup programs,which have not changed for months, would suddenly be clashing with browsers today. I have reset my router without effect and I am still able to download e-mail via Mailwasher and Thunderbird. I ran a check with DDS but cannot make out anything from the log.

    Can anyone offer any advice please?
