All in One PC Optimizer Programs

With all the free new and not so new optimizer programs, is one better than the rest, why, and should a person only use one of them (could some cause conflicts?)? I use Win 7 64 bit. Thanks!

 

IMHO, Optimizer Programs do more harm than good.
I have never used one. I do clean the registry from time to time with CCleaner slim and I defrag. I also uninstall all the trialware and unwanted programs that cause bloat on a new PC with Revo Uninstaller.

 

Also, these types of programs are like a General Practitioner in medicine.
Knowledgeable about most fields, but barely.
Why go to a G.P. when you need a Specialist?
That is why I, and many others, use separate AV and anti-malware programs. They are the Specialists that watch for specific infections.
