   In Middle of downloading pics from emails ,BAM! no more jpg. I even
   went back & tried jpg pics i did b 4 7 theyr'e BTMP. Any way or place to change settings to jpg short of reinstalling XP? Is iot XP or IE? I've put
   30 or 40 hrs into trying & I need help!

   Try this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/260650 and see if it clears it up, do remember to either restart IE or reboot your PC after doing the steps
