All of a sudden - crawling

    I have been running fine all morning and all of a sudden i have come to a crawl avg says no virus i don't need a defrag my internet connection says
    speed 36Mbps but it must have taken me 3 min. to get to MG. I tried to run ad-aware and in the time it usally takes to scan my whole computer it only scanned 125 files.
    Anyone have any ideas?confused

    Did you go to Malware READ AND RUN ME FIRST and follow instructions ??

    Thanks guys i was going through READ AND RUN ME FIRST but every link i clicked on took forever to get to. I finally got so hung up i jerked the pulg out and rebooted 2 times and all is back to normal now.
