ALSO Looking for bios updates

Hey I am new to this site and noticed that you guys seem to have answers concerning BIOS updates. I have a Dell DV051 Intel Pentium 4 2.80 Ghz and I purchased an Intel Pentium 4 670 3.8 Ghz CPU with an FSB of 800MHz. I am aware that my BIOS is out of date and am assuming that upgrading the BIOS would solve my issues. The issue being that upon system boot I receive a message claiming an invalid chipset was discovered or something to that effect...Not sure what is required in terms of info for determining BIOS upgrade so Specs are as follows:
