I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and having a little trouble getting a couple of programs to run. Firstly iTunes will not burn CD's no matter what I do, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it at least 20 times and I have given up. I bought an IRivers B30 MP3 player instead but now find that the software is not compatible with Windows 7. In fact when I plug the player into my PC via USB it doesn't even show up at all. I have tried Windows Media Player add a device but again nothing shows. I have a new computer with all the latest bells and whistles, maybe the B30 technology hasn't kept up. The iRiver site has to be the worst I have ever seen, it is like a secret society, very sparse and uninformative. If I am doing them a disservice because I am plain dumb I would be happy to be put on the right track! Basically I just want to be able to transfer music onto my MP3 player, it seems all too hard. :cry Back to vinyl!
