Okay so I read and followed the instructions as best as I could on the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide. I was able to run the Super Anti-Spyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware without a problem. When it came time for me to run the ComboFix, my comp would shut down showing the blue screen of death briefly and then restart my comp all over again. When i tried several times more, remembering to turn off my firewall and anti-virus program, it still did not go through. I skipped that step and proceeded to run the Root Repeal which as well did not run through. When that program came up, I would check my drives to be scanned, but instead an error message came up reading "error message: could not initialize driver, please contact the author. could not scan drive C (error 0xc0000024)". I then skipped that step and decided to run MGTools, which ran with no problem.

So knowing that pieces of Anti-Malware Doctor is still on my comp, I need to figure out how to run the programs that weren't able to run before. Also, I'm having to use an other comp since the malware is affecting my inablity to access the net. I have a broadband modem and when ever I try to connect, my comp shuts down thus showing the blue screen of death, then restarting my comp back up.

Help!!!!! I dont know what to do at this point. But here are my logs from the programs I was able to run smoothly:

Your MGLog is either corrupt or did not run properly. Run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).Make sure that you watch for the license agreement for TrendMicro HijackThis and click on the Accept button TWICE to accept ( yes twice ).

    Then attach the below logs:

    * C:\MGlogs.zip

You need 4 times the amount of RAM you have installed to be running Win7!!
    Code:
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 512 MB
    Total Physical Memory 511 MB
    Available Physical Memory 170 MB
It looks like the scans took care of the malware. However, you do need to clean out your temp folders:
    C:\USERS\CHRIST~1\LOCALS~1\TEMP\
    C:\Windows\Temp\

Tell me what malware issues you are still having, if any.

Okay, I know I need more RAM to run Windows 7 properly, but though my comp seems to be running fine in some places, I still can't access the net. Whenever I try to open Mozilla or Internet Explorer, the comp shuts down showing the blue screen of death. I was able to run Windows 7 okay before I got the malware, so are u saying that not having enough RAM is causing that problem? If so, how was I able to run it before (windows 7) with such limited RAM? :confused

If you look at your network settings, you will find they are not correct. I suggest you post in the networking forum to get that straightened out. You should check in Device manager to see if any errors exist. Then open a command prompt and type:
    ipconfig /all

Post those results in the networking forum for help with getting your connection re-established.

You also need to go to Advanced system settings and click on the startup and recovery tab and change that setting to not reboot on errors. That way you can get a BSOD report. That issue will need to be addressed in the software forum.

Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no real time protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.We recommend them for doing backup scans when you suspect a malware infection.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /uninstall
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /uninstall, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.

    3. Go back to step 6 of the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    4. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    5. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    6. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    7. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    8. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    9. If you are running Win 7, Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • Refer to the cleaning procedures pointed to by step 7 of the READ ME
for your Window version and see the instructions to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.

    10. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
