anti virus sotware

first time user and still learning how to work pc.
so hello folks hope you can help
which is the better anti -virus for windows XP
AVG or Virgin Media or Malware

1.) Comodo Internet Security, a "free" all in one utility, that is very light on system system resources....

2.) IOBit Malwarefighter Pro, this is a paid version ($£12) download the free version and buy a key to upgrade....

3.) Secunia PSI, this is a "free" utility that will scan your systems hardware/software and drivers weekly and automaticly upgrade/update them to stop any vunerabilities that any nasties could exploit....

4.) Super anti Spyware, "free" version, I use this as a back up scanner and run it once a month, you must manually update the definitions file before scanning, just a click of a button!!....

BUT.... the best AV is YOU!!!!! if you are carefull and have good browsing habbits you will be safe!!!
