Antivir 7 giving lots of warnings

I just downloaded the new version of Antivir (7). Everything looks fine, except that when I performed my first scan, there were unopened files in the Report. It found two worms and i quarantined and deleted them. But when I looked at the report, there were 28 warnings. They all said "File could not be opened," and most of the filenames were from the "windows/system32" directory.

What gives?
