Antivirus 2009 Web Scanner Detected Dangerous Sypware on My System

Hi,
My husband's computer has the Antivirus 2009 virus. It is blocking him from accessing the Internet, so he has been unable to download Spybot and the other cleaners you recommend in your XP Cleaning Procedure page. He raun Aast and Ad-Aware, and both detected and removed trogans, but the problem persists. If you can offer any advice it would be much appreciated.

You will either need to try rebooting into safe mode with networking, or download the scans to a different computer and transfer via cd or thumb drive.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

Note: If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
