Any software for modem

Is there any modem testing software that will see if it is going bad I keep happening to do a hard reset and i do not know way arris tm502g is what i have and armstrong cable.

I just had this modem replaced last year brand new.

It is their job to determine if the modem has a problem. They can do some things by remote and other things a tech has to come and look at settings.

 

I know they can but when i reset my modem it will erase any info that was gathered in the issue.

 

I am able to get into my Advance section of my modem but i do not know where to look for issues.Any ideas:confused where i should look for errors.
