Anybody got MS Picture it Perfect 7 (photo editing program)

Ok, I have an original IDE HD from my first computer. Dell 2400,bought in 2003. It came bundled with a photo editing program called Picture it Perfect 7. It is a Microsoft program, but again free with the computer. There was no backup install cd, just already there when I bought it.
I would like to move the program to my current Dell computer. I can transfer the program files but wind up missing some dll.
Now if this was a current program, or if I could find a cd anywhere, I would be glad to buy it. Ive looked on ebay, no luck. I contacted MS and checked with them, they have no library or way to get a cd from them. Dell isnt any help either.
Anyway, if anyone has an install cd or (I have slaved my old HD via USB) how to move ALL the program files so this will work on my newer Dell I would appreciate it.
If it were easy, I wouldnt be asking, or if its easy I dont know how.
