   Downside of using the NT based work enviroment on XP, when they knew that most users would be Home users and wouldnt need the majority of the network tools, Messenger Service and File and Printer Sharing are the two a home user doent need, F&P sharing only if you have your own network.
   
   looks like they are back tracking and turning off network tools, not needed for home use.
