   ok well i got , or check with these program every so often to keep my comp clean
   
   -ccleaner
   -avast!
   - spybot search and destroy
   -ad aware se
   -kill2me
   - and oviously a firewall
   
   Anyway other stuff i should have to keep my comp healthy ?
