   Hi,
   
   A buddy of mine is fed up with AOL and wants to switch to cable, I'm an IT tech in the corp. world and have about zero experience with AOL, atleast for the last 5 years.
   
   How can I get his saved email addresses/contacts out of AOL and into outlook? Can they be converted to .pst?
   
   Same question for his internet favorite places?

   Not used these as I never had the fortune to use AOL but these apps seem to crop up alot in searches and well worth a look http://www.aoleave.com/aoleave2.html
