App to make ip-to-ip a direct connection over the Net

was wondering if anyone knows a App to make a direct connect from a game server to a a client so in that way their will be a greater ping

 

I don't quite follow. A little more information would be nice. :cool

 

like there are many networks running, and where my Server is in another Network in the internet, people who are in my Region who is in my network is getting a better ping and most of all if the client in my region searches for servers online, they will mostlikely see my servers faster

in the other hand who is in a different region and different network is trying to search for a server to play on, my server is mostlikely will not show up on thier server search list 60 percent of the time

network means like: Comcast has its own network system and so other companies is in its own network, thus all companies are internet providers but still it is a different line

 

What about Open DNS?

 

You would need direct links with more bandwidth/lower latency between serving company/location and home location for a ping decrease. No software app exists to do this. DNS can help if false/bad/slow links are being spread that affects latency/travel time. But assuming thats fine, which wouldn't likely be under your control anyway. Nothing software can do for you.
