App windows, context menus, IE tabs not displaying

After my computer has been running for a day or two, it seems to run out of resources. Application windows don't open, context menus (esp. in ie7) don't display, and IE7 tabs either won't appear or if they do, they are blank.

The laptop is but a month old so shouldn't be in too great a need for defragging. However, I did use the files and settings transfer utility and have had some applications unexpectedly crashing on me once I started rebuilding the new computer.

I've gone through the Malware removal guide with little success. Logs attached. What say ye?

Started in safe mode, ran the following:

    Ccleaner
    Spybot S&D--nothing
    CounterSpy -- log attached
    BitDefender --- log attached
    Panda -- log attached

    More in the next message.

    Continuing the log files:

    GetRunKey -- log attached
    ShowNew -- log attached
    HijackThis -- log attached

Can anyone guide me in fixing the Exploit.Iframe.Vulnerability in my .pst file?

I'm not an expert, but outside of the .pst file I don't see anything significantly wrong here...

    Any ideas?
    Thanx,
    Curtis

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

I say you are in the wrong forum! You may want to post in the Software or Hardware Forum (just in case it is really a hardware issue). You are not having malware problems! You are probably having a laptop running to much software problems. ;) Personally I would dump the McAfee massive resource hog you are running and replace it with free tools from here: How to Protect yourself from malware!

You should uninstall CounterSpy now since it will only add to your problems at this point.

All of the below running processes are not helping either. You should reconsider whether you really require all of this stuff to always be running. But again note this is not malware and is not a topic for this forum.
It is not a major issue. You can just run Outlook and delete the email that it is referring too.
