apple quicktime

    I find some links to apple quicktime downloads that say works with win 98 among other platforms, but every one of them has error on attempt to install "only works with xp or 2000". Is there one out there that actually works with my win 98?

    I think that's because the program suggested is no longer legitmate, and was recently removed from this site.

    Are we talking 98, or 98SE, and what files are you trying to play?
