"Application Failure"........

Each and every time I shut my comp down (just before it shuts off) a message window momentarily pops up that says "Application failure because the window station is shutting down" at the top of the little window it has this...........USRPrbda.exe. I figure it could mean something about the modem, which I don't use as I am on broadband. However, when cable is down( not often) I resort to a dialup connection. It (the message)doesn't seem to have an adverse effect on the computer or anything else, but.............. Any suggestions or advise. Thanks

Thanks Adry......... Went to that site and followed directions and ...BINGO!. seems to have resolved the situation. Will only know for sure when I am required to use dial-up again. Thanks again.
