   Hello. It has been awhile. I am at school these days. I am working on an IBM Aptiva E3U. I am told that I need the FLYFLSH.EXE file to upgrade the BIOS which is currently V70EN5H. I can not download this file to date. My BIOS date is 10/10/98. Any help would be greatly appreciated...not willing to sell my 'first-born' though!
