Assistance to open ghost image[IMPORTANT - Help plz]

Greetings "Computerforums"
I has got a ghost image taking with Ghost v12. Ntfs filesystem by the operationsystem - Vista.

It's placed on my extern HD, but when i browse the image, I recieves the following error "Error ED 800012 Internal structure of the Image file"

It means, i have to repair or a similar issue.
- But my purpose is to know I solve the issue in question.

However from what I read there still is no solution for this issue. Norton's only suggestion was to upgrade to Ghost v14
