Asus Motherboard probe

Hi, when i launch the motherboard probe it fires up the klaxon, glows red and says the PSU fan is running @ 0 rpm. When i stick my head round the back its spinning normally! Can it be reset or re-configured? Never used it before. CPU temp is about 32, is that hot?

 

Thanks for that Goldenskull, that's a lot of info to take in at the moment, i'll read thru it tomorrow.
Although i said i,d never used it before, it was ok last night when i installed it, no klaxons, nothing, but tonight it has turned nasty on me. I might just uninstall it! That'll learn it.
