   How do update it? It won't work on any of its given website. Also... Is it wise to update it or a REALLY big risk?

   This is Bios update, correct?
   
   
   then unless you are experencing a problem that the bios update fixes or adds more compatibility for a newer cpu you are installing then NO, their is no need to flash the bios as it can if interupted or done wrong cause an un-usable motherboard.
