Ati Radeon x700 Monitor Not Responding

Hey guys/gals i baught this x700 about 2 months ago, worked great, never left my computer on when i went to sleep or nothing...... this morning i booted up my computer, i wasnt getting a no signal on monitor, but the monitor wasnt responding, just a black screen and the light beside the button to turn on and off the monitor was orange, i put in my old 9800 and it worked find, does any one know what i might be able to do, to fix this.....

 

sounds like a dead card you might have to RMA it or make sure nothin broke off it
