ATI x1650 question

    I have an x1650 in my other PC, which currently does not work (the PC). Right now, im using my old p3 1 ghz PC with an ASUS CUV4X motherboard. Would my ATI card ever be able to run on this PC and will I see any big differences between this 256 mb card and my ati 9800 XT 128 mb card?
