Attak of Giant Font and Menu

Just completed a clean install of xp pro.

Was working fine until I tried to install software. The menus that pop up for accepting install are huge, way off screen, can't find I accept radio button or next button(they are off screen). I have to guess and hit tab and enter for yes or enter. I have played with all display properties. This first started when I upgraded my ATI driver along with install of ati control panel. The menus were normal prior to this install. Now they are huge (except when they are normal size menu w/ microscopic font really small)
Anybody know where I can adjust the scale of these menus?
