I keep hearing random ads in the background even when nothing is open on my computer. I tried Vista & Windows 7 Malware Removal/cleaning Procedure and followed every step but I keep having the same problem.

    I have these attachements below.

    RKreport[1].txt from RogueKiller
    Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware log
    HitmanPro
    MGlogs.zip - normally it is C:\MGlogs.zip

    Please help. Thanks.

    Welcome to MajorGeeks, jinejlee :)

[IMG] I want you to read and follow these instructions: TDSSKiller - How to run

[IMG] Please download aswMBR to your desktop.
    • Double-click aswMBR.exe to run (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
    • Select Yes when asked "Would you like to download latest Avast! virus definitions?"
    • Click the [Scan] button.
    • On completion of the scan click [Save log], save it to your desktop and attach this log to your next message. (How to attach)

Let me know if you are still experiencing the same problems after completing the above steps.

I was unable to run both of them. I tried to rename the file for TDDSKiller but nothing happened when I tried to open it, as well as aswMBR.exe

I was able to open aswMBR and saved the log but soon after, my computer
shut down and now it is under startup repair mode where the computer is not
starting correctly. The blue screen shows up with two options- one to get help by recovery
manager or just to start the computer normally which it doesnt work. So now, the computer isnt loading and i cant get to the desktop.

So you were able to run FixTDSS.exe?
Did you run TDSSKiller afterwards at all or you only tried aswMBR?
