audio device on high definition bus problem ~~ pls help.. T.T

My computer suddenly doesn't play any sound at all after a recent reformat.. i dont know what to do! when i go to the device manager, i see this;

Unfortunately, there's no info above that helps with installing the sound drivers. Please attach the FULL Everest report to a future post, or post the make/model of the PC and/or motherboard. Once we have this info, we can probably get the sound working for you.
