I have a video file that I would like to record the audio track of this concert to a CD. Is this possible to only record the audio from a video?

There are various ways to do this. If you should happen to have Adobe Premiere (probably doesn't matter which version), you can import the video, place it on the timeline, then export the audio. I'm sure other video editing software will have this option too.

    Or

Use Audacity. Play the video and record the sound. Then export as .wav, .wmv, or Mp3.
