Autopatcher - Any good alternatives?

Seems like the project is dying. It hasn't been updated for most OSes since ~March. I really enjoyed this tool (as i'm sure some of you do too)

I've heard of WSUS Offline, but does it support all OSes? I only saw winxp..

Then there's Windows Updates Downloader http://www.windowsupdatesdownloader.com/ but the updates lists are rarely up to date on official site. You can find some more up to date lists here: http://www.msfn.org/board/forum/166-user-contributed-update-lists/

 

Take a look at Secunia PSI. It checks all installed software for missing updates and patches, including Windows itself, and partly automates the process of getting them and installing them.
